Improve your hamstring flexibility with muscle control

In this short workshop-style course, learn simple techniques for improving hamstring flexibility.

You'll learn two simple techniques for activating your hamstrings plus an additional technique for activating your hip flexors. 

In each case you'll learn how you can use these muscle activations to help increase your forward bending flexibility.

Although the pose used is hurdlers stretch, the same techniques can be used in any seated forward bend.
