The same plane movement elements are: 
• Zero (not really a “movement” but important none the less)
• Tranquarter (T)
• Forward (F), 
• Backward (B)  
In these movements the arm being moved stays in the same plane, i.e. the hand stays horizontal or it stays vertical.
F and B are Cyclic, T (and Z) are non-cyclic.
